You’re probably not Mariah Carey. You may not have royalties worth millions of dollars and aren't booked for shows, concerts, and interviews throughout December. But like us, you may know every word of the lyrics. What you may not know, however, is that the song was written in 15 minutes, and it took years before the song started topping the charts. All she thought about while writing the lyrics was things that reminded her of Christmas, which she wanted other people to feel.
Mariah's story is a friendly reminder that inspiration can strike anywhere at any time. It doesn't require grand gestures or elaborate plans. Sometimes, all it takes is a spark, a memory, a simple desire, and the courage to let it out into the world.

What’s going on at ECX
It’s been an amazing edition so far, and we are super excited about the festive holidays. Training has been progressing well with students, and tutors alike are enjoying the journey so far. If you think we’ll be slowing down due to the holidays, we can tell you now that’s utter humbug. The work never stops for us, and we’re already preparing to hit the ground running come next year.

Are You A Robot?
The Turing Test, a test of a machine's ability to demonstrate intelligent behaviour indistinguishable from a human, was introduced by Alan Turing in his paper titled “Computing Machinery and Intelligence,” released in 1950.
Several versions of such a test have since been developed, including a subset known as “Reverse Turing” tests. An example is those pesky CAPTCHA tests that seem to always interrupt you browsing your favourite websites 😂.
